MOLECULAR BIOLOGY REAGENTS
CloneGen Biotech’s reagents are used for the isolation and quantitation of messenger RNA. The Northern blotting gel shows the quality of RNA reagents as determined by the ratios of 28S and 18S ribosomal RNA. The blot was probed using CloneGen Biotech’s reagents using apolipoprtoein A1 and apolipoprotein E that shows the integrity of these mRNAs. The quality of the RNA size markers and reagents in handling in vitro synthesized RNAs in an RNAse protection assay.
MOLECULAR BIOLOGY KITS
Molecular biology kits in the analysis of RNA. Two separate preparations of plasmid were restriction digested and resolved in an agarose gel and visualized under UV light. . A low abundance mRNA, SR-B1 mRNA, was quantitated by Northern blotting and by RNAse protection assay using CloneGen Biotech’s reagents.

The quality of linearized recombinant plasmid used as a template for in vitro transcription, and the quality of the newly transcribed RNA used for the quantitation of messenger RNA. The detection of a large mRNA species of 14 kb, suggesting that the quality of RNA was so good that even the large mRNA remain undegraded.The quality of RNA from various tissues of mouse blotted on nylon membrane and probed with apoE riboprobe.
