Ajit Srivastava, Ph.D.- CloneGen Biotechnology was founded by Ajit Srivastava, Ph.D, a former Director at Esperion Therapeutics Inc. Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Srivastava has 31 years of research experience in the area of industrial enzymes, molecular biology, recombinant protein production, and for the past 18 years in the field of molecular biology of dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis that includes transgenesis and knockout technology. After serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Washington University, Saint Louis, Dr. Srivastava joined Esperion Therapeutics to lead the drug discovery efforts for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. At Esperion, he served as the Director of Pharmacology. He has published more than 65 research paper in the peer-reviewed international journals, several invited book chapters, and has given many invited talks world-wide. Dr. Srivastava also serves as an adjunct Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, Wayne State University, USA and an editorial board member on international journals.

Salman Azhar, Ph.D.- Dr. Azhar has about three decades of research experience in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology, and is an expert in antibody production and characterization. He is currently Director of lipid biology program at the Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA.

Neelam Srivastava, MA, MS, Ph.D - Neelam Srivastava completed her Master of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from The University of Missouri, Saint Louis, USA. She has 15 years of research experience in the field of molecular biology, and drug discovery, and has published 17 research papers. After having advanced training at Washington University School of Medicine, she worked as a Molecular Biologist in Monsanto, and Senior Scientist in Parke-Davis and Pfizer.

Avinash Kumar. B.Sc, MBA. - Mr. Avinash Kumar is responsible for project management, human resources and business development.
